Baker brings more than 20 years of experience in program leadership, business transformation, and operational execution. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles with organizations operating across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Most recently, Baker served as Chief Strategy and Operations Officer at SmarterD, a company acquired by Ampcus. In that position, she helped guide strategic planning, operational performance, and business transformation initiatives, bringing a global and client-focused perspective to complex organizational challenges.
